Denisa Krausová (1981)  I'm interested

Denisa Krausová is a remarkable artist, who ranks among the leading representatives of the upcoming generation of contemporary painters. Her artwork is characterised by outstanding concentration and the ability to communicate. She made herself known to the professional public very quickly when she was nominated for the Prize of Art Critique for Young Painting, and also twice for the NG 333 Award. Krausová perfectly combines a drawing line with the ease and casualness of her painting style. Whilst her early paintings were often based on the interpretation of stories and various situations, in recent years her work has changed, with organic shapes and motifs becoming the centre of her interest. Krausová analyses the essence of things and forms. It is only surprising that such quality and strong work often stays out of the attention of art collectors and curators.
