Painting
Adam Štech
Adam Štech (1980) is a distinctive painter of the emerging young generation. From his paintings, we can feel both admiration and respect for tried and tested modernist forms, which he combines with his own specific language, giving rise to a pleasant dialogue between the past and the present. In Adam Štech’s work, we often encounter the principle of polarity, by which he ingeniously connects seemingly disparate themes, which, together with his excellent painting technique, offer the viewer an unmistakable experience.
