Jakub Kodl

Continues a more than century-old family tradition dedicated to art, collecting and patronage. In 2017, he co-founded the KODL Gallery section called KodlContemporary with the aim of raising the profile and actively supporting the contemporary Czech art scene. In 2021, he decided to make the project independent and transform it into an independent platform for contemporary art. A graduate of International Relations and Diplomacy at the Anglo-American University in Prague and Gallery Management at the University of Westminster, he is currently furthering his education at the UCL School of Management in London. His personal mission is to provide contemporary artists with space to grow and push the boundaries in the perception, presentation and sale of contemporary art.
